Baby Buffer is a brand operated by Nordic Wellness, Inc. References to “Baby Buffer,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nordic Wellness, Inc. doing business as Baby Buffer.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Baby Buffer website, products, services, and related content.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied in connection with an order is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information

We attempt to describe and display our products accurately.

However, colors, dimensions, materials, appearance, specifications, packaging, components, and other product details may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions due to manufacturing updates, screen displays, photography, product improvements, or other factors.

We may modify product specifications or designs from time to time provided that such modifications do not materially alter products already purchased in a manner prohibited by law.

4. RF Shielding and Signal-Reduction Product Information

Certain Baby Buffer products incorporate materials or compartments designed to reduce or block radio-frequency transmission when used under specified conditions.

Actual shielding or signal-reduction performance may depend on numerous factors, including:

  • Whether the shielded compartment is fully and correctly closed

  • Placement of the electronic device

  • Device type

  • Frequency

  • Network

  • Signal strength

  • Surrounding environment

  • Wear or damage to shielding material

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • The manner in which the product is used

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to shielding, signal reduction, blocking, RF, electromagnetic fields, EMF, or similar terminology describe product functionality or test performance and are not representations concerning human health outcomes.

Baby Buffer products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, developmental condition, or health effect.

Baby Buffer does not represent or guarantee that use of its products will prevent illness, injury, developmental effects, or any other adverse health outcome.

Information provided by Baby Buffer regarding RF, EMF, electromagnetic fields, wireless signals, or related subjects is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.

5. Child and Stroller Safety

Baby Buffer accessories do not replace adult supervision, responsible use, or compliance with the instructions and warnings supplied by the manufacturer of your stroller or other equipment.

Always install and use Baby Buffer products according to the instructions supplied with the product.

Before each use:

  • Confirm that the product is securely attached.

  • Ensure straps, closures, magnets, stitching, and other components are secure and undamaged.

  • Ensure the accessory does not interfere with stroller brakes, folding mechanisms, restraints, steering, handles, canopies, or other safety systems.

  • Keep loose components and packaging away from infants and children.

  • Follow all safety warnings and weight limitations supplied by the stroller manufacturer.

Do not place or use a Baby Buffer product where it could create an entanglement, strangulation, suffocation, tipping, pinching, choking, or other foreseeable hazard.

Do not allow infants or children to play with the organizer, straps, magnets, closures, packaging, or electronic devices stored within it.

A Baby Buffer accessory does not make an otherwise incompatible or unsafe stroller configuration safe.

6. Stroller Compatibility

Statements that a Baby Buffer product is “compatible,” “universal,” or designed for use with particular stroller types mean that the product has been designed to fit a range of configurations.

Because stroller models and specifications may change, compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every stroller, model year, accessory combination, or configuration unless we expressly state otherwise.

References to third-party brands or products are solely for compatibility or identification purposes.

Baby Buffer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any third-party stroller manufacturer unless expressly stated.

7. Magnets

Certain Baby Buffer products may contain magnets.

Keep magnets and magnetic components away from children and do not allow children to remove, chew, swallow, or play with them.

Do not continue using a product if damage exposes internal magnets or other components.

Individuals with implanted or wearable medical devices should follow instructions and recommendations provided by their medical-device manufacturer regarding proximity to magnets.

8. Proper Use

Products must be used only for their intended consumer purpose and in accordance with instructions and warnings.

Do not modify, disassemble, puncture, cut, overload, improperly attach, or otherwise alter the product.

Discontinue use if the product, attachment system, shielding material, stitching, closures, magnets, or other structural components appear damaged or excessively worn.

9. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order to the extent permitted by law, including in situations involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Inventory errors

  • Unauthorized resale

  • Payment issues

  • Misuse of promotions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

10. Prices

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs may be added at checkout.

11. Intellectual Property

The Baby Buffer name, logos, designs, product names, photographs, text, graphics, packaging, website content, and other materials are owned by Nordic Wellness, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written authorization.

12. User Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it is truthful and does not violate another person's rights.

By voluntarily submitting content for public or promotional use, you grant Baby Buffer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with Baby Buffer's business, subject to applicable law and any specific permissions or restrictions communicated to you.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to provide truthful reviews, assessments, or opinions about our products or services.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment processors, carriers, social networks, and technology providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY PROVIDED BY BABY BUFFER, OUR WEBSITE, CONTENT, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES RIGHTS OR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORDIC WELLNESS, INC., BABY BUFFER, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordic Wellness, Inc. and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, intentional misuse of a product, violation of these Terms, or infringement of a third party's rights.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence, defective products, or conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit or initiating arbitration concerning a dispute arising from a transaction with Baby Buffer, you and Baby Buffer agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally where permitted by law.

A party initiating a dispute should provide written notice describing:

  • The party's name and contact information

  • The order number, if applicable

  • The nature of the dispute

  • The requested resolution

Notices to Baby Buffer may be sent to support@mybabybuffer.com.

The parties will have 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the matter before commencing formal proceedings, except where immediate relief is reasonably necessary or applicable law prohibits such a requirement.

18. Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

Except for disputes eligible for small-claims court and disputes concerning intellectual-property rights or requests for injunctive relief where arbitration is not appropriate, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, our services, or transactions with Baby Buffer will, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision where applicable.

Arbitration will be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

Baby Buffer will not require a consumer to pay arbitration costs that applicable arbitration rules or law require Baby Buffer to pay.

No Class Actions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BABY BUFFER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@mybabybuffer.com within 30 days after the date of your first purchase from Baby Buffer.

Your notice must include your name, email address, mailing address, order number if applicable, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

Opting out of arbitration will not otherwise affect your relationship with Baby Buffer.

19. Governing Law

Except where federal law applies or applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

If a dispute is not subject to arbitration and applicable law permits the parties to choose a forum, the parties consent to jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in or serving Charleston County, South Carolina.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

21. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

The version posted on our website will indicate its effective or last-updated date.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Baby Buffer and Nordic Wellness, Inc. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or approved by any third-party stroller or electronic-device manufacturer.
