A note from our founder
At 22, I was rolled through a hospital in a wheelchair and told I had autoimmune arthritis. The years that followed taught me one thing above everything else: read the label, check the data, and be skeptical of anyone selling certainty.
That mindset is how I built Nordic Wave, my cold plunge company. And it's how I approached becoming a dad.
When you have a baby, the instinct to protect them shows up everywhere: the car seat, the crib, what touches their skin. For me, it also landed on something small: my phone. On every walk it was in my hand, on my lap, or wedged somewhere in the stroller because there was nowhere else to put it. I wanted it close for photos and calls, and I wanted a little distance the rest of the time.
So I designed the Buffer Caddy: a stroller caddy built around a phone pocket lined with silver-fiber shielding. Close it and your phone has its own place. Open it and it's right there.
No fear, no hype. Just useful things for parents, and a straight answer about what's in them.
